What We Do
What are your goals? Move better. Get stronger. Improve fall prevention risk. Prevent injuries. Working with an experienced personal trainer is essential to achieve these goals. Over the last 20 years our experienced personal trainers have helped hundreds of senior citizens achieve their goals through safe and effective exercise. Our number one goal is to help your body move better to prevent injury and increase longevity.
Do you prefer to workout in-person or online? We do both! Our exercise sessions may be taught in person or online.

Balance and Fall Prevention
Sit less - move more. Daily movement, exercise and strength training are critical components to fall prevention in elderly adults. 4 Ever Fit trainers design specific programs to help seniors build stronger muscles and bones, improve your balance and gait.

Movement and Mobility Classes
The 4 Ever Fit Team developed a movement class for seniors wanting to move better, feel better, and live easier as they age.
Our classes focus on balance, flexibility, strength, posture, endurance and agility. We encourage you to join with friends and or family. It is a great outlet for socializing and doing something good for you, together.
Group Classes are led by a professional personal trainer either in-person or virtually. Contact us to host a class at your synagogue or churches, in a park, or at your neighborhood community center.
Personal Training
Daily physical activity is important for older adults. Physical activity boosts mood, promotes strength and flexibility and helps prevent falls.
Our Personal Trainers help you reach your goals by customizing a program based around your capabilities. We work with you one-on-one, teaching proper movement so you feel comfortable, confident and stronger!
Prehabilitation and Rehabilitation
Preoperative rehabilitation exercise (or prehab) prepares and strengthens people for surgery. Prehab improves movement and function and increases chances of a healthy, successful recovery.
Rehabilitation restores strength and function after surgery. Rehab speeds your recovery, increase range of motion and reduces pain.
4EF will assist you with your prehab program prior to a joint replacement and help you complete your therapy after surgery. We are not physical therapists, but we will work in conjunction with your therapist to maximize your recovery.
Muscle Activation Techniques
Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)® is biomechanically-based therapy which corrects muscular imbalances in the body. It dramatically improves functional capabilities in all age groups and elevates sports performance.
MAT corrects body alignment in order to prepare your body for what you are asking it to do. No matter what the type of exercise…golf, tennis, or just walking up stairs. MAT addresses weaknesses, allowing the body to function most efficiently while minimizing pain.
“When I first witnessed what MAT could do, I was amazed. From that moment, I was compelled to learn it. Becoming a MAT specialist has enabled me to help many people over the last 15 years” - Paul Fezza
